Over a year, this would fund a 90 minute consultation with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to look at options for symptom control and pain management.
A gift of £10 each month
- Over a year, this would help fund personalised care from a Registered Nurse on our inpatient unit, whether its providing comfort with a warm bath or supporting families through end of life.
A gift of £15 each month
- Over a year, this would help fund a Registered Nurse in our Palliative Care Hub who triage calls daily from patients, carers and health care professionals for those receiving care at home.
A gift of £25 each month
- Over a year, this would help fund a Registered Nurse to deliver a round of medication on our In Patient Unit, ensuring patients can receive the correct medication to control any pain related symptoms.
