Relief Shop Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced relief shop manager to support our network of shops to help us to extend our trading hours and grow the retail business.  The role covers our network of shops across the Warrington area, giving you the opportunity to work with many of our volunteers in stores.

Part Time, Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) plus 1 week day

To provide relief shop manager cover across the shop network with 
responsibility for:
 
·         Provide weekend / holiday / emergency cover for all sites across the retail network.
·         Managing the running of the specified shop.
·         Optimising sales.
·         Maintaining effective stock management and merchandising.
·         Managing and training shop volunteers.
·         Carrying out shop administration.
·         Ensuring adequate security.
·         Enforcing health and safety policy and procedures.

Hours of work are worked between Monday to Sunday at days and times notified by your line manager. These hours do not include a ½ hour unpaid meal break which you will be entitled to take if you work a shift lasting longer than 6 hours. You may be required to work additional hours to those published.
