When is the draw done? Every Friday morning.

How can I play? You can sign up online here!

What can I win? There is a guranteed prize of £1000 every week. A rollover prize of £500. A £75 prize, a £50 prize, a £25 prize and 145 £5 prizes.

How does the rollover work? The rollover starts at £500, it has a 5% chance of being won. If it is not won, it increases by £500 every week, until it reaches £5,000, where it then HAS to be won. And then it goes back down to £500 again.

I'm under 18, can I play the St Rocco's Lottery? No, you need to be 18 or over to enter our lottery

I have completed the online form, when will I be entered into the lottery draw? Once we receive your first payment, you will be entered into the next draw.

How do I know if I have won? If you are a member, you will receive a cheque in the post if you are a winner. You can also check on our website here!

I have won, but I want to donate my prize, how do I do that? If you would like to donate your winnings, please contact us on lottery@stroccos.org.uk or call 01925 575780 and we can arrange this for you. Or simply shred the cheque.

Why is my payment £4.34 a month? The monthly cost breakdown of £4.34 for playing the lottery is based on paying £1 per week over a 52 week year. Sometimes there will be five weeks in a month and the additional £0.34p is to build up credit to cover the fifth week on the five-week months.

Will I ever owe any money? No, you will never owe us money. If there is no money on your account, you won't be entered into the draw.

I live abroad, can I play? No unfortunately. You need to be resident of Great Britain to play. If you move abroad once you have signed up, please let us know asap.

How can I cancel my membership? You can cancel at anytime by cancelling your direct debit with the bank, or contacting us at the hospice. Any credit on your account under £1 will be treated as a donation unless you request a refund.

I have been gifted a Lottery Voucher, how do I join? You can redeem your voucher here, and we will be in touch with your lottery membership information.

My family member who plays your lottery has passed away, what do I do? Please contact us on lottery@stroccos.org.uk or call 01925 575780 and we can update their record and cancel their membership.

How does playing the lottery help the hospice? All profits from the St Rocco's Lottery are donated to the hospice. It costs us £5.5 million a year to keep the hospice open, so your membership is vital for us to raise these funds

What is the probability of winning? There is an approximate 1 in 63 chance of winning a prize each week in our lottery (Based on an average of 9,200 players in the draw and 145 prizes)
St Rocco's Lottery - Single Ticket FAQ's

How many draws does a single ticket enter you for? Just the one. If you want to play every week, they can sign up here on our website and pay via direct debit.

I have a winning single ticket how can I claim my prize? If you have one of our shop bought tickets, you can claim £5 prizes in store. Anything larger needs to be claimed via the hospice or if you bought it elsewhere/it was gifted to you. Please contact us on lottery@stroccos.org.uk or call 01925 575780

I has lost my ticket, can I claim my prize? No sorry, we need the physical paper ticket for you to claim any prize.

I want to claim a prize but the ticket is over 6 months old, can they still claim? No, any prizes that aren’t claimed within 6 months of the draw date are donated to the hospice. If it’s a prize of £1000 or more, you can contact us at the hospice to discuss. Please contact us on lottery@stroccos.org.uk or call 01925 575780

What do the ticket numbers look like? All tickets sold in the shops start with 5, and are 6 digits long. Eg 500001. Any other single tickets will all be 6 digits long.
