Meet Charlotte Smith, Self-Employed Marketing Consultant
Why did you decide to support St. Rocco's?
My Grandad, Eddie Clair, sadly passed away at St. Rocco's Hospice in 2020 and the care and support he received from everyone there was exceptional. Seeing staff going above and beyond to make him feel as comfortable as possible in his final few weeks was so comforting to our family during such a sad time.
My mum, Caz Clair, has also worked at St. Rocco’s for almost 30 years so it has always been a special place for us.
What is your previous dancing experience and how are you feeling about dancing?
I have trained in ballet in the past but never ballroom so I’m very much looking forward to a new challenge!
What are you hoping the experience of dancing for St. Rocco's is going to be like?
Dancing for St. Rocco’s is a dream come true for me! I’m hoping to have a fun ride learning a new skill, getting dressed up and performing whilst raising lots of money for such a wonderful cause.
